2.2 User Content

  • Images you upload for virtual staging
  • AI-generated staged images created from your uploads
  • Style preferences and custom prompts you provide
  • Generation history and metadata (timestamps, models used, styles selected)

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access our Service:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Pages visited and features used

2.4 Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription or one-time credit pack, payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. We may receive or store limited billing and transaction information, such as your plan or credit pack, subscription and payment status, transaction identifiers, billing dates, the last four digits and type of your card, billing address, and records of your consent to purchase terms.

  • Account Management: Create and manage your account, track credit balance, and maintain generation history

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate StagingGPT:

4.1 Google Firebase

We use Firebase for authentication and database storage (Firestore). Your account information, credit and subscription state, generation metadata, prompts, and links to available generated results are stored on Firebase infrastructure. Uploaded image files are not stored in Firebase Cloud Storage by the current Service. Google's privacy policy applies to Firebase data: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4.2 Replicate

We use Replicate to process your images through AI models for virtual staging. When you generate a staged image, your uploaded image is sent to Replicate's servers for processing. Replicate's privacy policy applies: https://replicate.com/privacy

4.3 Stripe

We use Stripe to process subscription and one-time credit-pack payments and to provide billing management. Stripe processes your payment details and may provide us with customer, subscription, transaction, purchased-pack, and payment-status information. 4.4 Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand website visits, feature usage, and conversion performance. It may collect device, browser, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and usage events. When you are signed in, we may associate analytics events with an internal account identifier; we do not send your email address or name to Google Analytics. 5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
  • Uploaded Images: Sent to our image-processing provider for generation and not stored in Firebase Cloud Storage by the current Service
  • Generated Images: Result links are retained in your generation history, but provider-hosted image links may expire or become unavailable
  • Usage Logs: Generally retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes
  • Transaction and Consent Records: Retained as necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes, including for any minimum period required by applicable law

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), managed cloud infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
