How credits work
- One-time credits stay available - Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account remains open and remain usable without an active subscription.
- Credits reset monthly - Base credits reset each billing cycle. Pro and Business include limited rollover.
- Limited rollover - Unused Pro and Business credits roll over for up to 60 days, capped at one month of your plan's credits.
- Stay subscribed to keep rollover credits - Rollover credits are available while your subscription is active, canceling, or in payment recovery. Cancelled subscriptions forfeit unused subscription credits at the end of the billing period.
- Past-due payments - You can use existing unexpired credits while payment is past due, but new monthly credits are added only after Stripe confirms payment.
- Upgrade anytime - When you upgrade, you'll receive the difference in monthly credits immediately. Base to Pro adds 13 credits.
- Billing, refunds, and cancellation - Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; credit packs are one-time purchases. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel a subscription before renewal to avoid the next charge. Purchases require acceptance of the Terms in Stripe Checkout.
